Thousand Petals is a yoga and wellness space dedicated to helping children and families build inner strength, focus, and peace through yoga and mindfulness.
We blend traditional practices with modern mental health support in a safe, inclusive environment. Our programs include kids yoga camps, weekly classes, and emotional wellness workshops.
The name reflects the blossoming of one’s true self — like the thousand-petalled lotus of awareness.
Instructor's Profile
A purpose-driven yoga and wellness guide with over a decade of practice and organically cultivated wisdom. I’ve helped families and communities through meditation, mental health awareness, and holistic coaching in diet and mindfulness — all rooted in raising conscious, balanced living. I am here with the mission to accompany you on your inner journey.
